The Designers grouped the colour palettes using the same philosophy they apply when selecting fabrics for a collection, seeking contrasts that produce harmony. The eight Quads and six Duos combinations range from striking - like theatrical evening wear fabrics - to classic, subtle at times, and very adaptable.

Application
Pat McGrath: "The matte shadows blend beautifully to create the most luxurious silky contour, while the frosted hues give eyes a wet-looking, metallic sheen. Achieve multiple looks from a single colour: applied dry, the shadows appear softer and more transparent, but with a wet brush, they become opaque and intense."
